Darren came into Residential Estate Agency from an Auctioneering background. He has over 20 years’ property experience in the Grayshott and Haslemere area and heads up the Residential Sales team at Grayshott. A problem solver with a calm intellect, Darren has a high rate of repeat instructions from clients. Darren is a devoted family man with his wife, three sons and a house-full of pets. He enjoys watching football and playing the occasional round of golf. He has always lived locally and was educated in Haslemere at Woolmer Hill.
Michaela is our very own in-house action hero with skydiving, scuba diving and bungee jumping on her list of pastimes. She adds youth, enthusiasm and an energetic dynamic to the Grayshott office but combines this youthful zest with a real maturity, reliability and sensitivity that her clients appreciate. Highly resourceful and innovative she provides a first class service and you can be sure of excellent attention when she is acting on your behalf. Michaela has returned to WPR following a 12-month sabbatical in Australia
Sarah joined the Grayshott team in 2005 initially providing Saturday cover. It soon became apparent that she had a natural flair for estate agency and she has since become the backbone of administration within the office. Living locally, Sarah seems to know everyone in the village and has an excellent understanding of the area. With her superb organisational skills, it's fair to say the Grayshott team would be lost without her. However, with her natural competitive streak, she is as eager to achieve a sale as anyone. Sarah is married and has two daughters, another unruly dog, and a husband in IT, who mostly works from home.
Having moved home several times in recent years, Robert very much liked the look of life as an estate agent and so upon leaving university and much to the benefit of Warren Powell-Richards decided to join the ranks in July 2016. An avid country boy, Robert enjoys getting outdoors whenever possible to participate in field sports, but if it’s raining, Robert can be found pursuing his second love as a wine buff rummaging in the cellar for a bottle of Claret. Robert decided to join WPR on the grounds of its reputation and approach to the industry, not a machine, but a caring organisation of like-minded people who value personal and considerate relationships with both vendors and buyers alike.
James is a sporting legend, or certainly in his own imagination. He plays football for Petersfield, which involves training on Tuesdays and playing at the weekend. When not involved with sporting activities, or of course selling homes with Warren Powell-Richards, he’s to be found with his family or girlfriend. James grew up in the area, originally from Grayshott followed by Headley Down, Headley and now Lindford. He attended Grayshott Primary School, Bohunt School and Alton College. He’s always had a great love of sport and a keen interest in Estate Agency. A fantastic combination as his competitive nature makes him a great success at selling his Client’s homes.
Susan provides valuable weekend support in our busy Grayshott estate agency. She has a background in the travel industry and has been to just about every foreign country you can think of. This experience has given her an enviable ability to put clients at their ease. It's fair to say when you are dealing with Susan, you have no doubt that you are dealing with someone who cares passionately about the service which you receive. Susan is a keep-fit fan, particularly swimming and aqua aerobics. Property renovation is an ongoing interest and she is currently renovating a house in the Grayshott village centre, where she lives with her family.
Jacob was born and raised in Surrey, moving to Hampshire with his family, where his parents run their family business. He was educated locally at Bohunt School before moving on to Alton College. Having previously worked in estate agency within the Haslemere and Liphook area Jacob joined the Warren Powell-Richards estate agent team and with hard work and diligence has worked his way through the ranks from negotiator to Lettings Manager. His interests include road cycling and the odd game of golf, and he can often be seen on the course perfecting his swing.
