Kylie Bishop MARLA
When asked to provide a few words for her profile Kylie told me that she was in her prime and doesn’t look anything like Dawn bloody French! She was also quick to share her bad habits including, smokes too much (is determined to give up this month/year/), drinks too much, swears too much, eats too much and shops too much. None of which was mentioned at her interview. On a serious note with 15 years experience across all areas of Lettings, and a responsible caring and professional approach we are thrilled to have her in our team. As an Aussie we have made her promise not to mention Cricket, Rugby or Soccer.
Desmond Parker MNAEA
Desmond trained as a surveyor, but soon found he enjoyed the buzz of selling houses far more than the job of surveying them. Consequently, back in 1979 he threw in the surveying towel and joined our team of Haslemere estate agents. He has spent the last 35 years practicing in the West Surrey towns of Guildford, Godalming, Grayshott and Haslemere. A member of the NAEA, he is married with a son and daughter whom have now left home, so lives quietly with his wife and cat. He has a love of music and visits music festivals including Weyfest and Guilfest. He is also trying to master the guitar and ukulele, and in the last few years he has started cycle touring around the UK.
Sales & Lettings
Yet another Warren Powell- Richards Arsenal fan Paul gives us a little variation, as much to the dismay of his Guildford friends, he is a huge Bracknell Bees Ice hockey fan. Born in Albury and educated at George Abbot School in Guildford he moved to Cornwall to live with his Grandparents whilst attending college there. He has also spent time living and traveling in France and the USA. Other interests include being a huge Paul Weller and northern soul fan and getting some fresh air as a keen weekend walker. We are delighted to have him heading up our lettings department in our busy Haslemere office.
Cherie has lived in Fernhurst for many years and absolutely loves living in the countryside with its opportunities for walking her Tibetan Terrier called Pandora. (Pandy for short). Highly active she is keen on interior design and DIY and has spent the last 5 years renovating her home. Cherie works Monday to Friday as a credit controller for a Gaming company but with her love of all things property related we at WPR are lucky enough to have her at weekend as a sales assistant. Holding down two jobs doesn’t leave much time for other pursuits but when possible keep fit and boot camp are priorities as is socialising with family and friends.
